A note about wheelchairs
We're not wheelchair accessible at this time. Riders need to be able to walk to the vehicle and sit in a standard car seat.

Frequently asked questions
Can I book a ride for my mom or dad?
Yes — most of our rides are booked by family. Choose “A parent or loved one” when you request a ride. We'll confirm details with you, and if you opt in, we'll text you when they're picked up and when they arrive.
How much does a ride cost?
Weekday rides start at $40 for the first 5 miles, plus $2 for each mile after that. A round trip is two one-way legs. If you need the driver to stay and wait, just ask and we'll quote it. Try the estimator on our pricing page — we always confirm the exact price before you book.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Not at this time. Riders need to be able to walk to the vehicle — with a cane or walker is fine — and sit in a standard car seat. Call us if you're unsure and we'll talk it through.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 24 hours ahead is best. Need something sooner? Call (720) 329-0096 and we'll do our best to help.
What happens after I send a request?
A member of our team calls or texts to confirm the price and pickup time before anything is booked.
Can the driver stay and wait during the appointment?
Yes — stay-and-wait is available on request. Let us know when you book and we’ll quote the waiting time up front, or we can schedule a set return pickup instead.
Do you take insurance or Medicaid?
Not currently. DH&B is private pay — no approvals or paperwork, just a clear, upfront price.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes. A family member or caregiver is welcome to come along — just let us know when you book.
Is my family’s information kept private?
Yes. Our drivers are HIPAA-trained and we follow HIPAA-compliant practices, so appointment details and personal health information stay private.
Is this an emergency service?
No. DH&B provides non-emergency transportation only. In an emergency, call 911.
